Amenities/Building Services
Along with the vast array of suites and lines that the building provides, we also offer our buyers these added amenities on a daily basis:
Building Policies:
- 7 W New York is a trade ONLY building
- Registration is required to enter the building
- Building badges MUST be visible at all times
- Large items and/or boxes cannot be brought into the building through the front, please use the freight entrance at 6 W 35th Street. You/your company will need a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to enter.
Antique Café:
- Lobby-level
- Open 8:30 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday
- Lunch Vouchers given to buyers, during markets only
Club 7W—Buyers' lounge
- To relax, eat lunch, check email or fax
- Phone, fax and internet access
- Library of industry periodicals
- Complimentary coffee during markets only
- Parking/commuter/taxi rebate at desk, during markets only
Press Room—Press-only suite with press kits from showrooms, as well as Internet and fax access, and meeting space available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM daily and on show weekends.
Meeting Rooms—We have meeting rooms available that can be reserved in advance by contacting Lucy Adorno at ladorno@mmart.com
